As a Coordinator of Operations, you will play a key role in driving leadership and operational performance. You will have the mandate to support the operations leadership team and coordinate the delivery of operational and leadership programs. This is the ideal position for any customer-focused individual with exceptional communications skills and a sharp sense of priorities, as well as a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Here’s what your day will look like

 

  • Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of Nordia’s Virtual Leadership Certification (VLC) program – including reporting and quality of content, working alongside directors of operations, and Leadership and Development team;
  • Create and coordinate the dissemination of operational leadership communications tools (such as RIME program), working alongside Communications team;
  • Standardize best practices across leadership hubs (communications tools, events, bring value activities, etc.)
  • Coordinate and present leadership hub value-added activities ideas, monthly;
  • Coach operations management team on virtual communications tool (video creation);
  • Deploy and maintain the Operations communications model
  • Define and implement effective virtual engagement strategies to optimize the experience of team leaders and customer care agents;
  • Coordinate events for operations (on-site activities, offsites, bring value events, etc.);

Coordinate all travel arrangements and track budget for operations leadership team;

  • You are a team player and a problem solver. You're a positive, calm, open-minded person with a strong collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to resolve unexpected issues and possess decision-making proficiency to prioritize tasks and manage resources.

 

  • You are a multitasker. You can coordinate multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment, and you have a strong attention to detail.

 

  • You are customer-oriented

 

  • You are bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
