As a bilingual Communications Manager – Employer Brand, you’ll have the chance to work in the evolving customer experience industry and join a passionate team of communicators and brand marketers. You’ll drive initiatives to foster corporate culture and position Nordia as the best employer in the customer experience industry in Canada. This is the ideal position for a customer-focused creative with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns.

 

This is a 14-month contract with possibility for extension. The posting ends on May 20th. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and identify trends and best practices in developing culture, enabling employee engagement, and attracting talent;
  • Develop communications plans to attract talent and mobilize employees around corporate vision, mission, and priorities (including goals, strategy, tools and tactics, timeline and budget);
  • Design and produce impactful content in-house and through external agencies (creatives, presentations, videos, prints, digital etc.);
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and monitor campaign results.

You will also…

  • Act as a communications advisor to various internal departments (HR, Operations, Training and Leadership Development etc.) to strengthen employee engagement and ensure consistency between local communications and the corporate vision;

Manage internal communications: change, organizational and executive announcements, employee and all-management presentations (draft, review, proofread, publish).

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused – You live and breathe customer experience, you deliver with passion and intention;
  • Team player - You have a strong collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Quality-focused – You pay a strong attention to detail;
  • Curious and creative - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to learn and innovate constantly. You are always on the lookout for trends in employer brand and communications;
  • Efficient and multitasker – You have the ability to transform your ideas into concrete projects, while respecting tight deadlines and budgets. You also know how to prioritize and you can coordinate multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Digitally fluent – You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and you are familiar with Jira and Canva.
  • Bilingual Fluency in French and English is essential, given the international context of our teams.
  • Savvy communicator – You hold a university/college diploma in a relevant discipline, as well as previous experience in communications (3 to 5 years);
