Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire both part-time and full-time representatives for upcoming positions in Ontario.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a public sector entity by answering citizen informational needs. Thanks to the equipment delivery and the team dedicated to support you, you will be able to start your training and grow your career right from the comfort of your own home.

 

This position is up to a temporary mandate: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Your position at a glance:

  • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;
  • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility criteria:
    • Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (EST). Full-time and part-time positions are available (from 20 to 40 hours a week);
    • Live in Ontario;
    • At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
  • Being bilingual (English and French) is an asset.

Training start date: in December
