Are you passionate about new technologies and customer service, and looking for a position that lets you work from home? An opportunity for a Bilingual Sales Support Representative is now available on our Laval team.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic, and versatile group responsible for supporting our sales teams with non-sales related activities, ultimately promoting wireless growth and reducing wireless churn.

  • Hourly wage of $19.25 after training (including a bonus of $3.15 per hour worked);

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver first-class service while preventing complaints and increasing revenue.
  • Provide sales support for our Medium & Enterprise Sales Channel Partners
  • Sales Support activities such as Deal Creation & Sales Chat Support
  • Order entry for Sales Support
  • Work in collaboration with a number of different internal Bell teams
  • Support of small, medium & large deals
  • Contribute to the improvement of the sales processes
  • Distribute and manage follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Available to work full-time in the following time slots:
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST;
  • Reside within 100 km of our centre in Laval;
  • High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
  • Bilingual (French and English) – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required around 80% of the time;
  • A customer service in wireless telecommunications background is a strong asset;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Passionate about helping co-workers, agents and customers;
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change (continually changing priorities/tasks);
  • Strong ability to solve problems and manage several tasks at once;
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a past paced computerized environment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM tools an asset.
